Apertura della prima giornata di gare di Campionati Europei di Triathlon, questa mattina alle 11.00 con le gare Age Group su distanza sprint: 2 medaglie per gli italiani con l'oro vinto per il secondo anno consecutivo da Alfio bulgarelli nella categoria 45-49 e medaglia d'argento per Francesco Fiori ancora una volta sul podio europeo, nella categoria 75-79.
Questi tutti i piazzamenti degli italiani.
Soddisfazione, entusiasmo ma anche tanta fatica per i percorsi di gara: vento molto forte che ha reso la frazione ciclistica particolarmente dura ed emozione per tutti, nella frazione podistica con entrata ed uscita nell'impianto coperto della arena.
Il prossimo appuntamento per gli age group è fissato domenica mattina a partire dalle 07.15 con la prova su distanza olimpica.
